Recruitics Announces Brand Refresh and Addition of Three Senior Executives for the AI Era of Hiring

The new identity reflects the full span of the Recruitics platform, from labor-market intelligence to verified, AI-ready applications

NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Recruitics, the talent acquisition platform for companies where hiring never stops, today unveiled a refreshed brand identity and announced three senior executive appointments, marking the next phase of the company’s evolution into a platform built for where hiring goes next.

In a market shaped by AI and rising pressure on talent leaders to deliver results, the refresh captures the breadth of the Recruitics platform – from planning and analyzing to attracting and converting top talent – and the company’s role in helping employers navigate constant change. Recruitics brings its market identity into closer alignment with the platform it has built and the clients it serves. The visual identity is built around a continuous loop that reflects hiring as an ongoing process rather than a series of discrete openings.

The refreshed brand mirrors a strategic pivot already underway, as Recruitics extends its platform further into AI-ready hiring infrastructure. The shift shows up in the integrations now running through AdaptiveApply™, including its ID.me integration, which verifies candidate identities at the point of application, and its Maki People integration, which embeds AI voice interviews directly in the application flow. Recruitics also led the launch of the Open Job Context Protocol (OJCP) – an open standard developed with a coalition including Workday, Cross Country Healthcare, HiringCafe, AIApply, scale.jobs, and LoopCV – which gives employers and AI agents a shared, structured way to interact with job postings and applications.

“The last major transformation in hiring came with the rise of the internet, and now AI has changed hiring once again. We’ve built our platform for what comes next with AI-ready workflows and an open standard for agentic hiring the entire industry can use. This new brand reflects our evolution from helping employers market jobs to helping employers improve hiring performance in the AI era,” said Adam Stafford, Chief Executive Officer of Recruitics. “To meet this moment, we’ve also expanded our leadership team with executives who have successfully navigated periods of rapid change and growth. Hiring is being rebuilt right now, and the companies that help employers navigate it will define the next decade of this industry.”

Recruitics has made new appointments to its executive team across finance, marketing, and people operations. Alana Henderson, who spent nearly a decade in finance at NBCUniversal, joins as Chief Financial Officer to scale operations for the next stage of growth. Jennifer Clifford, who led global marketing at Precisely, joins as Senior Vice President of Marketing to define our brand and demand strategies. Prattima Dhanraj, who brings HR and talent experience from News Corp, joins as Senior Vice President of People to grow the team and culture behind the platform.

“This isn't a new direction for Recruitics; it’s an evolution of who we’ve always been: the first,” said Clifford. “The new brand reflects our commitment to staying ahead of the market and building for the future of hiring, reinforcing our mission to make it easy for companies to attract the best talent.”

For existing clients, the platform, contracts, and support relationships are unchanged. The refreshed brand will first roll out across recruitics.com and the Recruitics platform beginning September 15 before expanding to other marketing assets and content.
